I'm glad the long-awaited June Holidays are finally here. :) One month of not attending school gives me the chance of meeting up friends, spend more time with Mum, watch more Dvds, and yes, of course, slogging my guts out for the upcoming Semestral Assessment. With a planned out study schedule, I realized in this one whole year, we've done so much & now, so much to revise, so much to study. Try having to study 14-15 topics for Chemistry, 17 topics for Biology and around 16 topics for Math for As. There's still Econs and GP to go. Just by planning out the schedule scares me. I fear, what if I'm a complete wreck and get the same nervous breakdown like I did for Promos, what if I don't reach my own expectations. UH.

Having the fear inside me, and yet I still have to continue with all these crap. This routine is tiring me out. And I refuse to admit so, because I know if I do, I would just give everything up, which obviously I cannot.

I'm hoping I'd not crash before As. :(
I just want to release the real me from being hidden within.
Someone please help me.

If only I could keep time in a bottle.

And so, we are officially released from TPJC softball team. It was emotionally painful for me, partly because I thought I was just getting back the enjoyment of playing the sport, but only to lose it in a click of time. I hadn't had the full chance to realise how much I actually love this game, and now, we have to end it here. And the bad thing is, we ended it with a horribly played match against RJC. It was so hard to hold back those tears when Coach was scolding us. Even till the last official training, I had to hear the anger in his tone and see the disappointed expression on his face. And then, there was this mini girls' talk, images of us enduring through those scorching and sweltering hot sunny trainings flashed past my mind, those bruises we had, and all those constant encouragement for each other, I guess I can probably never find it anywhere else. Only in you girls, I can get the assurance and confidence. A taupok from the team was making me breathless yet exhilarating.

I believe, TPJC Softball may be just a tiny chapter in my book of life, but it definitely had to be one of the most interesting chapter of all. For now, it would only be a break, a short 6 months break.

This year, the Mothers' Day celebration isn't as mundane as previous years.

I woke up as early as 8.15am on Sunday only to find that my mum's no longer at home, so I texted her a 'Happy Mummy's Day' while walking out to TM. Breakfast with Kevan at Macs and then shopped around in TM to find the right Mothers' Day gift. I'm like searching for some last minute present, and I really wished I had saved up a week ago for a better gift. It was kind of frustrating to look for something that suits her yet within my budget. And we were like deciding and strolling between BHG and Isetan. Finally decided on a bag which I assume she'd like it, costs me $36. Tsk tsk, I only had $17 with me. Yes, I know its PATHETIC. >.<

Got a ride home on his red mat bike. Though the breeze was really cooling due to the rain, I was still, afraid of the water might just splash up at me when he goes too fast. Luckily, I reached home, as dry as before.

Did a little Integration revision. gave Mum the present and a grin flashed across her face. Woah, I was super relieved to see such a scene, 'cause I wasn't really sure whether she would like the bag I got her. Then I'm out again, with family, heading for Grandma's place. It was a Mothers' Day celebration cum her 80th Birthday bash. Initially, it was kind of boring, I had only my sister to talk to. Things started turning better during the cake-cutting. My cousin's husband was asking her to use her mouth to take out the candle which was pushed all the way down into the cake. She did so, and then his hand pushed her head down. There was then, a spontaneous burst of laughter in the house. And she came up, with the cream on her face. HAHAHAHAHAHA! All of us were all laughing like crazy, hugging our stomachs given we had a heavy buffet lunch. Even my aunt had to hold on to me for support. My grandma then 'ran' (which is around our speed of walking) to the sink to wash her face. When she was back, she told me, 'ugh, got the cream smell'. LOL! Though the whole incident was playing vividly in my mind everytime I recall, I can't stop laughing out. Oh, she's so cute, and that's where I probably got my genes from. HAHAHA! And I think she was really happy to have all 4 generations together in the house to celebrate for her.

Happy 80th Birthday, ah ma. Stay healthy always, and I love you. :D

& Yes, not forgetting my mum, Happy Mothers' Day! I have to be selfish and say this, please please please, take care of your health, stay healthy, because I need you, Von needs you. Though you always say, 没有人没了谁是不可以生存的, but I'm sure the both of us would be an exception, 因为若我们没了你,我们肯定不能生存的。

I'll love you always, till the sun comes out from the west, till the oceans dry up.
And every time I say this before you go to sleep each night, I really mean it.

Despite having the public holidays to chill out a little, the month of May still, have been a frenzy one, with many tests, assignments going on and even Nationals have already started. Suddenly, there was an urgent need to juggle and manage time wisely, so that I wouldn't get so panicky over undone stuff and get choked down by committements. Yet, it was surprising to know, even for myself to realize, I could actually make things better by looking it from another perspective.

Like say, though National JC won the match, but I guess I wasn't really doing that badly during the match. At least I got two runners out and scored a run though it was a hit by pitch after all, tsk tsk. I was sort of glad that I could score a run due to that because whenever I hit the ball, it only goes out into the infielders as the ball refuses to go out into the outfielders. Either that or I simply can't judge the ball/ get the timing right. So, now I've got a huge ugly big bruise on my thigh which I go around 'flashing' it to people, and they will scream in disgust, HAHAHA.
Alright, we're left with 3 more matches, the upcoming one against VJC. Uh, we all know the outcome, but we were like, No, we can't make it so easy for them to get past us even if we're going to lose, we shall put on a tough fight! And this really motivates me during training :)

However, there were still times when I let those stupid emotions go wild, and start getting so pissed off and act as a total bitch. I couldn't handle those small jokes that my clique had on me. I go to school with a 'black' face, and I bet no one dares to approach me with a smiley face in the morning. But, oh well, I'm glad enough this tough week's coming to an end, and it's going to be a brand new start.

At least, the short bonding time I had with XY, Porky, Fiona and Su tonight made the horrible week a much better. Way better, I can say. :) It's really great to have them in the team, going through the trainings together.
Ah, one last yet important thing on my mind. Jason, could you please please reply my messages or give me a call? I'm seriously worried about you when I couldn't get you via phone since yesterday. Let me know about your MRI scan asap please. :(

Till the next post,
-C
